Reforming Health Care
Two discrete federal policy initiatives are required to reform US health care:
- Coverage of the uninsured.
- Improving value by changing how providers are paid.

- To determine the best processes needed to reach those benchmarks.
- To develop payment systems that share the savings from efficient practice with providers.
